2. Services

   Popote provides a secure, technology-driven affiliate marketing platform that enables individuals (“Champions”) and businesses to create, manage, and track partnerships and earnings. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time to improve the platform.

3. Accounts & Security

   You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. While we use encryption and fraud-detection measures, we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

4. User Responsibilities

   Provide accurate and current information during registration and use. Comply with all Kenyan laws. Do not engage in fraudulent activity, spamming, or actions that may harm others or the platform.

5. Payments & Earnings

   Earnings are based on successful referrals, verified business registrations, and sponsorships as outlined in your dashboard. Payouts are processed through secure partners such as M-Pesa and participating banks. We may withhold or reverse payments linked to fraudulent activity.

6. Intellectual Property

   All content, trademarks, software, and technology on the platform remain the property of More Popote or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Privacy

   Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use encryption and fraud-prevention mechanisms to safeguard information.

8. Limitation of Liability

   The platform is provided “as is” without guarantee of uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
